Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where possible.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Custom or Personalised Products

Custom or personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

This includes any item made specifically for you, including products with custom names, photos, designs, or personal details.
